Fabrizio - Your Host

Hi, I’m Fabrizio.

I’m the son of Sicilian parents, born and raised in Germany, with a lifelong connection to Sicily and its culture. After spending many years exploring the island as a traveler, I eventually found my place in Noto, one of the most beautiful baroque towns in Sicily.

Like many of my guests, I have always preferred holiday apartments over hotels. I enjoy discovering local neighbourhoods, experiencing everyday life, and feeling connected to a destination rather than simply visiting it.

That philosophy inspired me to create Visit Noto Stays.



The apartments I host are not anonymous rental properties. They are my own homes, personally furnished and designed to reflect the character of Sicily while offering the comfort and practicality of modern living. By combining local charm, carefully selected details, and welcoming spaces, my goal is to help guests feel at home while experiencing the authentic atmosphere of Noto and South-Eastern Sicily.

Why I Chose Noto

Over the years, I travelled across many parts of Sicily, exploring coastal villages, historic towns, and hidden corners of the island. Yet no matter where I went, I always found myself returning to Noto.

What makes Noto special is not only its famous baroque architecture or its beautiful beaches. It is the unique balance between culture, community, and everyday Sicilian life. Here, mornings begin with a coffee in the piazza, afternoons can be spent between historic streets and the sea, and evenings are filled with local conversations, family-run restaurants, and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.

For me, Noto represents the Sicily I fell in love with.

It is a place that feels authentic throughout the year, and one that I am proud to share with every guest who stays with Visit Noto Stays.
